Meet Your Vendor
Hi, I'm Nicola 👋
I started Cola Icee Shaved Ice because I believe every event deserves something sweet, memorable, and personal. Growing up in Florida, shaved ice wasn't just a treat — it was the highlight of every summer gathering.
I wanted to bring that same joy to families across Cape Coral and surrounding SWFL cities.
Today I serve everything from intimate birthday parties to large community events, bringing my cart, my tent, and a whole lot of flavor to every gig. I handle the setup, the serving, and the smiles so you can focus on celebrating you special event.
